This is how actors Dan March and Richard Matthews describe what they offer our clients.

Mike read English and American Studies at Keele University, then later received a post-graduate qualification in acting from the Academy of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA). He has worked as an Assistant I.T. Project Manager in the NHS, an account manager for the Sweet & Maxwell law publishing brand at Thomson Reuters and is currently contracted providing business analysis, research support and CRM management for Grant Thornton’s Growth365 offering.
His acting work includes film, commercials, corporate role-play, play readings and stage work, including playing Falstaff in Henry IV part one at the Rose Theatre and the St James Theatre and recently Sir Robert Cecil in new play The Dead Shepherd. He is also about to branch into assistant directing on Much Ado About Nothing.
Upon graduating from Solent Univeristy with a degree in Business, Cameron began working for Nationwide Building Society at their UK headquarters and subsequently for Bottomline Technologies in the financial software sector.
After completing his drama school training, Cameron has worked right across the acting industry appearing in numerous Film, Television and Stage productions including alongside Jason Statham in Roger Donaldson’s heist thriller ‘The Bank Job’. He will also be appearing in the forthcoming supernatural fantasy film ‘Tumbad’ directed by acclaimed Indian director Anand Gandhi (Ship of Theseus).
Cameron has extensive corporate role-playing experience working across both private and public sector organisations.
Linden is an actor, director and producer, having formerly graduated from the Academy of Live and Recorded Arts.
As a workshop leader he’s worked for some of the UK’s most established theatres, including the National Theatre, the National Youth Theatre, The Old Vic and the Unicorn, while his work as an actor includes companies such as the Royal Court, The Globe, The National Theatre of Scotland and Punchdrunk.
He was elected as an Equity Councillor in 2018 and was formerly the producer of MonologuesSlamUK at Stratford East, and worked as an Artistic Advisor for the Arts Council for the West Midlands during the London 2012 Cultural Olympiad. He also uses his knowledge of communication skills to teach young people and adults, and has worked as a role player for companies such as St George’s Hospital, The Prince’s Trust and the Ministry of Justice.
Stephanie Connell trained as a ballerina and after literally breaking her leg and she discovered that dancing and skiing don’t mix, so she continued with acting. Stephanie emigrated to Australia and trained as a computer systems analyst for Coles Myer, whilst pursuing her acting career. She then worked for Westfield assisting with PR/Marketing. In 1996, she returned to London to re-establish herself as an actress, and worked as Assistant Bursar at Hornsby House School.
To broaden her skills, Stephanie she trained as a corporate role-player, working with Saïd Business School and has been a medical role player since 2006. She works alongside training directors to help medical students and GPs communicate effectively with patients, relatives and colleagues in varying circumstances.
Stephanie has played numerous theatrical roles, appeared in commercials, corporate videos, film and television, and is a playwright. She works alongside Carolyn Lloyd-Davies at Living the Drama. When not acting, she provides computer and software training and is a web designer.
Sally read Drama and Theatre Arts at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, specialising in Arts Journalism. She was awarded a scholarship to train at The Academy Of Live & Recorded Arts (ALRA) where she obtained a postgraduate MA in Professional Acting. Sally toured in national and international theatre, appeared in television adverts, worked in radio and plugged away at independent films until her agent secured her an audition which resulted in regular work in the world of audio description and voice overs. She has worked as one of SKY’s core audio describers for the past five years including game shows, supernatural horrors, animation, thrillers and documentaries, to name but a few!
Sally works at senior and board level for major PLC’s and business schools. Providing role-play, training and facilitation in both the public and private sectors. She continues to work as a communications trainer particularly in the business and financial sectors. Recent clients include RBS, BPB, Farrers solicitors and CommerzBank. Sally also works as a communications trainer alongside barristers, QCs and solicitors, providing witness familiarisation training and personal impact coaching.
Andrew studied law before turning to drama, gaining a Graduate Diploma at the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama and then playing many lawyers and policemen (currently at Detective Inspector level), as well as working for firms such as Eversheds and Ashurst Morris Crisp.
In corporate development, he has designed and run presentation-skills courses for City law firm Edge Ellison, voice-coaching schemes for BBC TV News, written and performed interactive scenarios all over the world for BP, Rolls Royce and Google. Andrew has also adapted, designed and performed Shakespeare’s Henry V as a leadership module.
Theatre includes Stoppard’s The Real Thing in the West End, Coward’s The Vortex for Manchester Library, tours of Macbeth, Tales of Toad Hall and The Third Man. TV includes Law & Order, Eastenders, Dr Who, Hollyoaks, Poirot, Birds of a Feather, the Bill, The New Statesman, Bergerac, Supergran, Strike it Rich, Starhunter, The Cry and Keen Eddie. Films include Bronson, Icognito and Duel of Hearts. He’s written Doctors for BBC TV, written and directed The Calling for Green Room Theatre and written and narrated Losing Antarctica for Montagne Jeunesse.
Rebecca studied English & Drama at the University of London and the Central School Of Speech & Drama. She has also worked as Front Of House Manager at the Strand Theatre coordinating a team of 35.
After graduating, Rebecca’s first role was playing a rabbit in Terry Jones’ film adaptation of The Wind In The Willows. Further TV credits include; Eastenders, Basil Brush, The Bill and various commercials. Rebecca was directed by Kenneth Branagh in the Magic Flute and she also appeared in Werther at the Royal Opera House. Rebecca also works as a voice-over artist.
Garry Mannion has worked as a Director of Rowing, Teacher, Marketer and most recently a Senior Business Analyst, where he has led business wide projects covering CRM, ISO9001 and the re-engineering of the tender response process. He has first hand experience with the automotive, technology and health sector from charity to PLC level.
He has worked with a number of organisations as an actor and facilitator including EDF, The National Grid, London Underground and The School of Social Entrepreneurs.
Garry trained at Guildford School of Acting (a little later in life) and has worked in musicals, theatre, film, TV and commercials. Stage productions include a tour of Shakespeare’s Much Ado About Nothing, the musical The Hired Man and playing the Prince in panto! He has also appeared in a number of commercials, such as for Furniture Village and Stub Hub, as well as appearing in TV productions including Count Arthur Strong and Eastenders.
Garry has an MSc in International Management from UWE, an MSc in Sports Science from Loughborough and an MA in Musical Theatre from Guildford School of Acting.
After reading Modern Languages at Oxford University, Dan trained as an actor in London. He worked in sales to fund his drama school training and subsequently rose to sales director earning over £1m for Getenergy, a global events company in the oil and gas industry. He is now a freelance sales consultant and corporate trainer – having worked with Toyota, Orange, Morrisons Group, GSK, Novartis, Citibank, Capita amongst many others.
As an actor Dan sold a pub in EastEnders, ran a pub in Casualty and argued in a pub in Down To Earth (BBC1) – bit of a theme there. He has appeared in Miranda and The Royal Bodyguard (BBC1), The Bleak Old Shop Of Stuff (BBC2), Pramface (BBC3), Dom Joly’s Fool Britannia (ITV1) and BAFTA award winning Spy (SKY1). He has appeared in numerous adverts.
His live comedy work covers ten years performing at the Edinburgh Fringe, stand-up comedy in the UK and USA as well as writing for BBC Radio 4. Following three hugely successful shows with acclaimed sketch group The Real MacGuffins, Dan is currently developing TV and radio projects for the BBC.
Richard Matthews has a degree in German and spent thirteen years in senior sales management roles, in both the airline and FMCG industries, working for Swissair, United Biscuits and H J Heinz.
Following this he trained as an actor, and has worked in many theatre productions across the UK, as well as in radio for the BBC (Radio 4 and BBC World Service), and a number of films. Alongside acting, Richard facilitates workshops in communication and presentation skills in both the UK and overseas, and has worked extensively as a corporate role-player.
Lisa studied Drama & English at Goldsmiths College, University of London, before embarking on a 3-year Acting course at RADA. She funded her studies by ‘temping’ in various Government Departments, at the Bank of England and in the property sector. This proved invaluable when she later focused her skills on corporate training. She is an experienced role-player and facilitator, having worked with both the public and private sectors for over 10 years. Her clients include the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, KPMG, Marks & Spencer, the NHS, Ernst & Young, Centrica, UBS and BAE Systems.
As an actor, Lisa has performed on TV and in the theatre, travelling to Washington and NYC with the RSC’s production of Hecuba. One of her stranger roles was a 3-armed mutant in Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon’s 1980s sci-fi parody The Cruise of the Gods, when she turned out to be James Corden’s mother!
Lisa enjoys using her experience and training as an actor to help delegates enhance their personal impact, communication abilities and presentation skills. She runs an interview training programme to help children prepare themselves for school/college interviews and she is also an experienced solo and choral singer.
After studying Drama and Theatre Arts at Birmingham University, James won the Sir John Mills Scholarship to train as a professional actor. In addition to his subsequent career in television, feature film, theatre and radio, James draws on his experience founding successful business – which is still going strong 10 years later – to work with corporate clients in a range of motivational and training events. Clients James has worked with include; HSBC, Unilever, SHS Group, Pfizer and Servoca.
As an actor, he has worked with some of the world’s top directors including Sam Mendes, Michael Grandage and Sir Richard Attenborough. He writes and performs comedy with acclaimed Radio 4 sketch trio The Real MacGuffins who have had three sell-out, five-star shows at the Edinburgh Comedy Festival, and was a commissioned writer on series five of That Mitchell and Webb Sound for BBC Radio 4. He is developing projects for radio and TV.
Katharine trained at Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts and received a first in her BA Hons performing arts degree.
Katharine is an experienced drama and singing teacher, working for Jigsaw Performing Arts and Runway House and has a background in the Meisner Technique which focuses on listening and responding.
As an actor Katharine has worked for the National Theatre on One Man Two Guvnors and Cameron Mackintosh on Avenue Q as well as in several regional theatre venues. She has also worked in Singapore and Malaysia with Bronowski Productions. She is a musician and singer and often uses this in her work as well as for her own creative outlets.
Bhavnisha’s studied theatre and performance at Leeds University and then trained as a professional actor at Arts Educational drama school.
Bhavnisha has worked in the corporate sector for PWC, ACCA Global and educational institutions in Germany and Italy. She regularly presents for ‘Smile-On Health Care’ and role-plays with the CSA. Bhavnisha has also performed in a variety of voice over roles; from Macmillan Cancer commercials, and original UK animations through to working with new authors at ACX.
Currently working with independents in new shows such as Darren Has a Breakdown (LA, Austria, UK), Brothers With No Game (LA and UK) and To Live For (UK, US, Cannes and Germany). In the theatre she has worked on new writing in Silent On The Matter (Oxford), Little Baby Jesus (The Albany), Improv Noir (London Tour, Camden) and Constellations (The Tabard).
Sakuntala read Drama (BA Hons) at Kent University, and initially worked in theatre, touring nationally.
Over the last fifteen years, Sakuntala, has worked in training, facilitating and role-play in both the public and private sectors. She has worked for a variety of companies including; the judiciary, the NHS, airlines, councils and housing associations, pharmacists, as well as insurance companies, financial advisers and the BBC. She has focused on leadership, diversity, bullying and harassment in the work place, interview skills and assessments. Working with staff and senior managers.
Sakuntala continues to combine her filming (Coronation Streer, Holby City, EastEnders and Emmerdale) and theatre work along with her corporate training, resulting in a rich and varied experience.
Matt studied Ancient History at Nottingham University, before moving to London and a career that has seen him work across a number of different industries, from global oil and gas training to directing and producing the Caravan Channel.
His acting and role-play work in the corporate sector have helped train personnel at Scottish and Southern Energy, Oxford Saïd Business School, the University of Chicago and Mary Gober International amongst others.
With experience of planning and logistics for global events, working alongside national and international oil companies as well as governments and universities, and a diverse background in SMEs, Matt has a great understanding of business practices at all levels.
Matt is part of critically acclaimed sketch comedy group The Real MacGuffins, who have performed through the country and are veterans of three sell-out Edinburgh Festival shows. He has written and performed on BBC Radio 4, with TV appearances on The Bleak Old Shop of Stuff (BBC 2) and fronting an advertising campaign on ITV, he is currently developing TV and radio projects for the BBC.
Fiona studied drama at Edinburgh College and music at Napier University and the Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama. She has worked for KPMG, Fiona has appeared in many theatre productions throughout the UK and has had years of experience in corporate role-play working with companies such as the Home Office, BP, the Audit Commission and the Royal Bank of Scotland. She is also frequently employed as a voice over artist. The Scottish accent is trustworthy… apparently!
After reading Law at Durham University, William trained as an actor at Drama Studio London. Since graduating he has worked in corporate acting, coaching and role-play with; The Royal College of GPs, The General Medical Council, Bupa, The Faculty of Dentistry, Taylor and Francis, Hammersmith and Fulham Council, Harrow School, Hampshire Fire Service, South West Trains, Genus, Kaplan Law School, Save The Children and Oxford University.
As an actor he has toured extensively through Europe and the UK with leading roles in The Picture of Dorian Gray, Lady Windermere’s Fan, and Romeo and Juliet. His most recent work has been a joint venture with the BBC, MIND and Time to Change to help influence, through theatre, how mental health issues are represented in the media. This is now being made into a short film. He has been in many other short films and even an advert for double strength Viagra!
Fanos originally studied Aerospace Engineering at Kingston University and worked as a sales manager for a manufacturing firm before moving into aviation, working for Britannia Airways, easyJet and Thomsonfly as a duty officer in ground operations.
Since training as an actor, Fanos has worked as a role-play actor in several leading business schools and other commercial organisations using his combined experience to coach and develop other’s communication skills.
Fanos has appeared at The Globe, in the West End and toured the Middle East. He was also a member of a writers’ group with the Royal Court Theatre and will be directing his first comedy play later in the year. Fanos is currently studying for his Masters degree in Voice At Central School of Speech and Drama, University of London.
